Unless it's an item you absolutely need by Christmas and can't get it by then re-ordering or can't get it again period I'd get a refund. There needs to be tangible consequences for things like this, people want to just wait it out and be happy and wonder why these issues are becoming more and more common lol even if it does arrive it shouldn't of made a vacation to another state first lol
