Hey everyone. wanted to give you a heads up so it doesnt happen to you. PSA has been sending my orders via fedex for some time now. last week, i had two orders that were due to arrive. they both sent a notification that the package was undeliverable because my address didnt exist and were returning to sender. i caught the first one and was able to call them and get them to deliver it to my other address. but the second one i missed in time and it got shipped back to PSA. i called and emailed psa (bc fedex refused to give me any information) and I havent heard back yet.
They must have gotten a new driver, but it really F'd me over this past week, so always watch your packages carefully.
Anyone ever had an order sent back to psa? what happens and how long will it take to get it back?
