My fellow Doncicians,

I enjoy hearing about how cards have helped improve the lives of ppl here on the board in various ways big and small, so here's my current situation.

I finally decided to pull the trigger on moving some of my Lukas. I could/should have sold during the pandemic for like I dunno 5x (haha...whoops) but I always asked myself what would I have done with the money and didn't really have a good answer besides put it in a savings account so I held.

But, a real estate investment opportunity came up so I decided to part with some shiny Lukas. Coupled with my belief that modern stuff besides true golds and really nice RPAs (Flawless over NT!!!) is likely to keep going down, I took the plunge and cashed in.

I still have a couple of nice Lukas but glad Luka could help me with some real life opportunities.
