Ever since they announced Raw was going to Netflix all people have been saying is how they can't wait for more course language and edgier content aka violence and sex. The wrestlers like HHH and Roman are the ones saying wait a minute we don't need to go that route. HHH has long been an opponent of blood on a regular basis and Reigns recently said in an interview he hopes they remain a PG product. The fans are the ones hoping and demanding for the edgier Attitude Era stuff.
