Good to hear that they're going to take another look at it. Again, I hope things work out.
I would personally ask for a call back on the day the cards actually arrive at their location by checking the tracking number. Then just explain things a bit over the phone as it always seems to help, and since they have them on-site at that point, maybe they can flag the box for special instructions, etc.
A call could do wonders in this type of scenario. Just my take and hope things work out.
