I will say that when UD lost Notre Dame license the boxes/cases ended up getting a deep discount (something like 90%) that final weekend. So a license loss *could* affect the timeframe in which ePack will be able to sell Marvel product.

I think ND sale was the only time I bought a case on ePack… and I pulled a Rocket auto that more than paid for everything.
