I still haven’t seen an official Fanatics announcement but maybe that will come shortly.

Thinking allowed. I wonder if the MM16 XL sized cards could potentially fall under a different licensing arrangement than the “normal” sized cards? I have no idea, but it could be that might be a way for UD to keep putting out Marvel stuff in the event rumors that it is losing the Marvel trading card license to Fanatics are true. I’m not a fan of XL cards though.
