Question: how can a member have all of their posts deleted and still be able to send a PM? I'm not sure if the member is banned or not, but every post has been removed and now their post count is zero. I'm not even sure how to check if they're banned but I'm assuming they are. I can't understand how they could still send a PM.
What am I not understanding?
