I think that user should no longer be able to promote his fantasy league on blowout forums. But I really don't know what the options are. That's why I was hoping someone who did would jump in. And I realize it may be that there's nothing.
Worst case scenario is that someone else is duped by this user here on blowout when we could have prevented it.
