Timeline on the buyer's end is questionable. Holidays or not...waiting to see if it shows up or now....surely they saw it said delivered but they wait 20 days to reach out?
I agree it's unusual ebay sides against seller with a delivery scan on tracking. That's a basic seller protection they seem to have merely ignored in the appeal.
