I don’t know where he lives now. I can only assume near his home village in northeastern India; I don’t remember its name, but it’s near where I took that photo (in 2012), which is in Sarnath. We were at some weird, rundown zoo, next to this archaeological site where it’s said some of Buddha’s ashes are entombed. This is all on the outskirts of Varanasi, the most holy city in Hinduism.
