Blue and Black are both unnumbered parallels to the base LITM. Per Cardboard Connection, the parallels are:

On the OTHER inserts, black was to /299 and blue was unnumbered but per the odds we knew they were to 600. On LiTM, they're both unnumbered and unfortunately I don't have the data to try to estimate print runs for either (though definitely way above those numbers). I can, however, say that there should still be twice as many blue as black, since that was consistent in the odds on every format I could find.
