That is a long long wait! Sometimes I don't get it, it seems like submissions with more cards go faster than submission with less cards. I have a one card submission on Regular service and was in Grading for 9 business days and then 1 day in Assembly and now it is in QA1. If its 1 card shouldn't the QA process be faster? This is my first time submitting so please don't think I am bashing them, just not understanding their process and turnaround times. I sent in a 15 card grading order to CGC a week later, using economy (15 business days) and my package was already shipped.
How can you be the market leader on card grading but have slower turnaround times than a smaller company?
