Got tired of waiting and called today. Got a person on the phone in less than two minutes. Super nice and punctual. Able to push along three pending Giannis redemptions to management for replacement of equal or greater value. Had multiple other $1-50 cards that are being replaced by Sparkle packs.
Whole process took less than 10 minutes. Cautiously optimistic!
