No one is trying to discredit Ohtani. You can't say he is more valuable to his team because he plays two positions without admitting that the risk of him being injured and losing two players is just as great thus at that time making him less valuable then if you just had 2 players because then you would only lose 1. That's the point none of the Ohtaini fan boyz seem to understand.
