PIF isn't allowed to be more than 5% of their fund, as per their [Clearlake] bylaws and legal documents.
I don't think you understand how the PE industry really works.
Furthermore, doing any sort of underhanded deals to benefit any investor at the expense of others [PIF, or anyone] would bring them the wrong kind of attention at the SEC and, ultimately, kill their entire business.
The Saudis only have the 5th largest sovereign wealth fund. PIF is a smaller subset of that. Clearlake has bigger investors than them.
