I agree Ohtani is underpriced particularly for anything shortprinted. Just look at Heritage for example, his base PSA #600 goes for $125-150, POP 4326, since it is high number you almost get one per hobby box, plus there are all the variations (chrome/hot box ETC) and his SP Action Image #17 is a better image, was one of his first MLB RCs, no variations and is PSA 10 POP 314 and only goes for about 4-5X of the high number version. Also the high number Action Image #600 PSA 10 is only pop 289 and goes for just 2-3X of the base #600. I am sure you can look at all his other "flagship" type set cards and see similar stats. I'm just saying the SPs are underpriced compared to the base card versions. And even the base card versions might be underpriced as well looking at how amazing Ohtani is.
