You're looking at the total graded in the PSA pop report. There's 1000 PSA 10s and 1213 PSA 9s for Jason Robertson. His gem rate is a lot lower than 16-17 Tkachuk/Aho. 20-21 S1 had a ton of rounded corners in the physical release.
His prices right now were naturally going down since December when people thought he was going to outscore McDavid. But actual playoff performers (Draisaitl/Tkachuk/Aho) saw their prices go up. If JRob stopped being a passenger in R1/R2 and was leading the Stars, there is no question that his cards would start to spin out of this rut.
