I really wish PSA would provide a report on each card and why it got the grade it did. It would go a long way in customer happiness and retention.
There is another grading company that I send some of my PC cards to and I get an email with a report that actually points out on each card the flaws they find so that when I get the slabs back, I can actually inspect them myself to see what they saw. That has been one of the best learning tools as now I know what to look out for before sending cards in.
