I'll see if they are willing to match the salary and what actually position they would want me to do before making any decision. There's pluses and minuses to accepting. I don't want to burn the bridge of the two people at my current company that look out for me. On the other hand, 170 days of leave paid out at my new salary rate would be nice. The old job was also more flexible on hours and telework.
