I'm on the eBay council and this week got a survey regarding the authentication program. My biggest piece of input was they need to allow buyers to opt out if they don't need the service. It's taking longer and longer now for me to get cards that have to go through authentication and I can authenticate my own. I also don't like it as a seller, but I understand the importance. I just wish as a buyer you could bypass it.
