You can usually figure out someones actual intentions by what they are saying about their cards. There's a big difference between someone posting a PMG for their PC that they're genuinely excited about, as opposed to posting a PMG with a post description containing "most iconic set", "great investment", ”undervalued”, "to the moon", etc.. etc..

And I’ll also add that pump and dumps aren’t one and done affairs. They can last for months, years even. Or be continually brought back like the Jordan RC pumps that happen every few years it seems.
