I just noticed they updated info on the PSA Site:

On-site Grading:

Collector's club exclusive:

$250 - Max Value $4999 (End of show)
$400 - Max Value $9999 (End of show)

AND:

$18 Max Value $199, You can drop off at the booth or submit from home (150 Day turnaround)
