They are also running Becky vs Bianca at like every house show, and the story of Bianca FINALLY overcoming her at WM and getting her win back is the way I see them going with this.
I think Liv needs a ton of work on the mic, and she needs some work on getting her speed up in the ring. She seems like 1 step behind all the top workers, which makes sense. She doesnt have the background or the reps the others do, or the natural athleticism that Bianca has.
The winner of the Women's rumble will be from Smackdown, and I think they give it to Sasha so she can finally get her win at Mania. That could open up a better option if they want to do Charlotte vs Sasha on night one, but who knows.
I dont think Liv is the right choice, RAW is a train wreck right now, and having her anchor things over a weak division there isnt something I would do. They should elevate her for the future, but she isnt there yet.

Im not a huge Liv fan myself and I agree that she isn't the best in ring right now, but honestly this Becky thing has dragged on for too long (going back to before she was pregnant). RAW definitely is hurting for women, but I don't think they want to go back to Bianca already, so Liv is about all they have left, although if not her I'd switch to Rhea before I went back to Bianca. I agree the Rumble winner has to come from SD because no RAW women should be main eventing a night of Mania
