I think it's how you're treated too. I once purchased a Gretzky raw RC that was supposedly crease free ....pictures looked good but when I got it had a couple of wrinkles not exactly creases but they weren't disclosed either.
So I asked for a return, got refunded and left a negative.
Seller, after not communicating at all during the refund process got all upset and wanted the negative removed, and at first I balked but after some back and forth they clearly weren't trying to deceive, so I revised to a positive.
