Good luck with customer service. The first time it took them 2 weeks to answer my email....
I have asked my Tier 3 contact I've been working with if she has a direct email contact. I'll let you know.

I’m contacting customer service about a refund of some amount for this. They said it would be signed affixed bookplates not loose cards in the book.
