I'll make a few assumptions here, but compare Giannis at age 26 with Dirk's full career:

MVPs: 2 - 1
All NBA First Team: 3 - 4
All NBA First Team Defense: 3 -0
Defensive POY: 1 - 0
Career PPG: 20.9 - 20.7
Rebounds: 9.1 - 7.5
Assists: 4.5 - 2.4
FG%: 53% - 47%

Dirk really has 2 things over Giannis, counting stats from years played, and that Finals MVP (big one).
