I think the biggest thing missed is that there are probably at least 25 2018 auto cards that I would prioritize before moving to 2019 Ohtani stuff. You aren't going to find enough constant demand to get a gauge is my guess. The gap between a PSA 9 and PSA 10 have also widened drastically since the PSA boom - so yes, it's very common for a 10 to be more than double (often 3x) the price of a 9 if the pop report shows a scarcity of 10s.
