Personally I am shocked that Tim has not retaken the reigns of the company and made some videos updating any attempted fixes. At this point him blowing smoke is a lot better than the silence we are currently getting.

I can tell you, from experience, that those who speak up, who try and improve things there, get cut down in no short order...upper management has no time or use for those who question their methodology.
In the months before I left, Tim was burnt out, he was totally fried mentally and emotionally - between the day to day operations and by the Beckett lawsuit. That's how Julia managed to take control of things; Tim was just interested in the tech side of the company, and he was exploring other projects outside COMC, so he let her handle business operations. I'd like to think that he still has a say in things, but it really feels like Julia has the final say in what happens at COMC.
And, honestly, what could Tim say to ease people's minds? Until they start turning things around, in regards to shipping and processing, they're better off staying quiet.
