It’s about transparency and business tact. So your company think my SP Jeter is a 10 but want to charge me $10,000 to say it’s a 10? You are basically telling me “wash your back and we will wash yours.”
That is a not a customer centric business model, it’s a corporate tactic to balloon bottom lines.
