Top Prospect because the number of guys that turn into a Justin Upton is really low. That's like 98th percentile outcome for prospects.
His ceiling (pre Covid) was a .285, 35 HR, 20 SB guy. Depending on how much you think he's regressed indicates what his ceiling is now.
