Lack of phone support is annoying. I have declined cards in my account that needed condition notes from 2+ year old submissions, and had to be processed at the select level. I've inquired maybe 5 times via email, since their reprocess button does not work on the website. So I have 300+ items in "card limbo." If I could call them it would take like 5 minutes. And the price to process items keeps going up...Plus they added a $1.00 fee that I dont remember there being
