The Raptors would have to convince the Pelicans because Ingram is the decisively better player. He's essentially a poor man's Kevin Durant, which is pretty damn good. His fatal flaw is he dribbles a bit too much and forces action in general. Part of that may be their clunky offense.

One of the biggest problems with the Pelicans is their pace. Lonzo and Zion are thoroughbreds meant to get out and run, but SVG insists on a walk-it-up pace, one of the slowest in the NBA.

And when you get in the half-court, Lonzo is very limited in his ability to score, get to the FT line, put any pressure on a defense. Bledsoe, when he doesn't have the ball, is standing, never moving off-ball. He kills spacing and makes it easy for defenses to help on the ball. When he has the ball, he's got a horrendous assist-to-turnover ratio and displays consistently poor decision making. Him and Zo always collectively look like they were forced to play on any given night.

Adams, Zion, NAW, Ingram are all really good pieces. Oh yeah, and Jaxson Hayes is terrible. Nice pick there, David Griffin. Yikes.
