You are leaving Houston because why? Management don't care about their QB's opinion and on top of that, they mortgage their draft future for a 4-12 team. Deshaun is guarantee to be stuck in rebuild mode for a few more years. So going to Jets, doesn't help because they are also in a re-build mode and their draft capital is really all they have to get better.

Miami has a team that just miss the playoffs, they have the draft capital and a intriguing young QB to trade as well - They could instantly be contenders with a Top 5 QB.

To me, It is a no brainer and if I was Miami, I give Tua and a reasonable amount of picks to get it done.

Reports are that Houston doesn’t want Tua, so miami would need to find another trade for him. I don’t know that it’s a slam dunk that they can get a first back for him though.

Miami with Watson is a no doubt playoff contender, no idea why they wouldn’t jump at it.

i think it’s gonna cost both 1sts this year and a first next year, and maybe a 2 and 3 as well sometime over the next 2 years. Miami would then flip Tua to recoup a first or a second. You make a move like that to get a 25 year old franchise qb. They just don’t come available.
