Closest to PMG's would be First year of Prizm (2012 Silver Prizms with a print run of ~150 and Gold Prizm/10). Some might say first year of Galactics (2015) but they are no way close to PMG's in my opinion. All other panini inserts will be watered down with yearly printing.
