I know there are cases (especially older ones) where people got railroaded due to the fact that there was no DNA testing at the time. This is the one thing that gives me pause with the death penalty.

Lol. I'm not sure a life in prison is worth living even if other prisoners look at them as "heroes". But idk, I suppose only those looking at it could make that call.
