I know a lot of people are going to come up with a ton more but off the top of my head for Blue Jays greats I remember as Blue Jays I think of Gary Carter (EDIT: mfw13 pointed out, I meant Joe Carter), Roberto Alomar and Roy Halladay? I'm sure I'm missing some but ... you know for Braves the list is a lot longer -- mostly because of franchise life length.

Not trying to say one team is better than the other, just pointing out that the Jays in the long run will need some way to even out # of cards in this set.
Interesting bit from Baseball Reference regarding Fred McGriff, since you mentioned Joe Carter and Roberto Alomar for potential Blue Jays cards in the set:

December 5, 1990: Traded by the Toronto Blue Jays with Tony Fernandez to the San Diego Padres for Roberto Alomar and Joe Carter.

This is something I was not aware of, and Carter and Alomar were two I immediately thought of for Toronto, too.
