Yeah I can see people being angry at that last point. If there were older redemptions that went unfulfilled, then you saw new live autos (like the ones in this year’s Contenders, which is an awesome set), I can totally understand being pissed at not getting your auto. It does sound like they do have some autos to distribute, so hopefully people in your situation will at least get an auto instead of the pack.

Panini didn’t have to do anything but offer points though, so from that perspective this is about as big of a win as you could hope for.

Yeah that was exactly my point as well. Panini could have given a bunch of points and said FU, but they went out of their way to find a unique solution. The chrome Kobe tribute cards in the packs should be worth something as well, since it seems like this will be the only place to find them.
