Just me, but I just don't understand how anyone can think Obama was a good president. I don't know of one good thing that he did and I could talk for days about all of the bad he did. Just one man's opinion though. Very happy we made it through his 2 terms, but we are definitely still seeing the effects of what he was trying to push. I still don't understand the adoration the media has for him. He was very good at speaking, but he sowed discord in this country like we hadn't seen in decades, yet he is known by the media as a uniting president. Although I don't really know any democratic politician that isn't beloved by the media.
Not wanting to get into it though. Was just asking him.

I think he sowed discord in people looking for discord. Remember, when he came into office the right-wing media labeled him a Muslim and stated he wasn't born in this country. Many of - if not most - of the attacks on him were based upon the color of his skin and his "foreign" sounding name.
The right-wing media needed a villain, and they made one out of President Obama.
As for why I liked him as a president - pushed for environmental regulations, pushed for affordable healthcare (eliminating pre-existing conditions!), and attempted to bring about reform on Wall Street.
