I've voted Republican in every election I could except 2016 where I voted for Gary Johnson. The GOP has completely lost me for now. I don't agree with almost anything they push as an agenda. I don't think cutting taxes while expanding spending is a good idea. I am pro choice mainly because I'll never have to be in a position to make that choice. I don't think the Green New Deal is the end all, be all, but I think we should be doing more to try and improve the environment. I also believe that there should be some kind of public option. I think that the idea of health insurance being a privilege is a strange idea. Overall, I don't quite believe in "pull yourself up by your bootstraps." I do a decent amount of volunteer work in the inner city parts of Cleveland and I can tell you that the path out of there for most of those kids is very small and narrow. Do I think the Democrats are going to swoop in and save the day? No, I'm a realist. BUT I do believe that some of their policies will help things.



On the other side, the GOP has not only put Donald Trump as their head of state, but has embraced him. So many in the GOP hitched their wagons to him and honestly, if Trump goes down, I hope he sticks to those that fought by his side. I won't say Trump was the worst President ever because they always say it takes about 15 years to really judge the a Presidency. I will say that he was often times embarrassing. The President is a human and humans make mistakes. His use of Twitter though is shameful. I don't judge people for voting for Trump but it's not something I could ever do in good conscience. I even voted against him in the Ohio GOP primary. Had Kasich won the nomination, I would have probably voted for him in 2016 since I really didn't like Clinton.

I'm not sure if you just don't realize it yet or you are just trying to convince yourself otherwise but your a Democrat. Lol literally every stance you just took is opposite of the republican party. Maybe you uses to be republican but you definitely are not one now. Absolutely nothing wrong with that but I wanted to point out the obvious that you seem to be dancing around.
