You make it seem that separating families is okay. It’s not. People come here for a better life, to get away from violence, for the American Dream like our ancestors.
You know what is better? Vet them, have families in detention together, in safe quarters, and provide a track to citizenship. Most of those people will be grateful to be able be guided and helped for a better life. Those are the people who will give back to society when they are on their feet.
