Oh, I'm a designer of some ilk so I'll opine on the design as well.

Frankly, it's a blend of 2020 Topps & 2015 Bowman. Although it's altogether improvement of both of those, it does not best 2020 design-wise for me.

I'm not a fan of sharp angular design elements when they're not for something that's not sharp & angular. So, these elements in something like a Tools of the Trade set would be just fine. But as a base set, nah.

Lots of positives though. They pair a bit with the 2021 Topps design, which in future years will be nice. All the supplementary angle bits compliment the main design. That's NOT easy, and this design does it well. Like 2016, there's a graphic element pointing to a corner that makes centering easy to discern.

So this is another positive Bowman design for me overall.
