A 4th one wasn’t stocked but there was a sign implying they don’t carry sports cards anymore and don’t know when the vendor comes to stock trading cards. This one was stocked with a bunch of chrome and some prestige last week

Yes the vendor walks in and drops the sports cards in the person's cart
