He is saying that he sent them in, and not only is COMC missing the completion dates, they keep pushing them back by months. I'm assuming he, much like myself, expected them to be completed in April and now it's going to be August and not finished. To add insult to injury, the expected completion dates keep getting pushed into late august and September.
Who wouldn't regret that, while watch other send stuff in 3 or 4 weeks ago and those are getting done on time. It's nonsense.
