My 3 boxes have disappeared & have not been tracked by FedEx since 07/22. I am going to contact FedEx Customer Service & see what can be done to track the shipping box.
All of my Smartpost boxes have been delivered by FedEx & have not been handed off to USPS. I received my two Sapphire boxes promptly & with no problems. Hence, I did not feel like paying for upgraded shipping.
Talk about anxiety. My son just told me about the serious problems all shipping companies are having in California. Hopefully my box is sitting safely & just needs to get moved.

FWIW, I won 2 boxes via raffle. Label was printed on Saturday. No movement according to Fedex website. That said, they were delivered today. So, there's obviously a mess-up somewhere. Website still says pending. I was anxious. Hope you get yours.
