I was trying to pick one up as well. Offered $350 for this one, surprised he didn't counter knowing he had your $360 offer on the table. Either way, congrats on the pick-up.
I'll keep saying this because I feel like it's just too big of a factor not to be discussed... the lack of 10,000+ base Prizm rookies like the basektball comparatives is why we are seeing this demand in "low/end" and/or inserts. This is why Optic Rated Rookie PSA 10 prices as of late don't completely shock me. It's the most widely available base rookie from the 2nd/3rd best brand(not counting NT, contenders, etc) to Prizm. Select is right there too, base rookies seem to be much more rare, although i haven't studied the pop report in awhile.
EDIT: I also understand the prizm silver is a base rookie, but it trades like a silver
