Pedro's only RC was from Final Edition which was not overproduced. 3k PSA 10s to 1.5k on the Bowman. Considering that the 1991 is needed for RC registry sets, that isn't much of a difference. If the Bowman stays up in price, you will see a bunch more get graded. At 30-40 it's not really worth grading. At 100+ it is.
