I have been reading the forums now for a few months as I have been getting back into the card hobby specifically. For some reason I have been haven't contributed yet and feel like its the right time as I had a few questions. I have really enjoyed the insight and posts here on BO so thank you all.

Questions:

1. Should there be an issue with some of my more valuable cards being held in 20PT one touches instead of 35 PT one touches?


2. Do inserts carry sets over from series 1 to series 2, updates? Like when 2020 series 2 comes out could you hypothetically pull an insert that was previously in series 1 or will they add addition cards to the specific insert set. I was thinking in regards to the 1985 inserts from this year and the walmart/target exclusive hoskins/vladdy insets

3. Finally a fun one... I was looking at buying a mid/late 1990s hobby boxes as I don't have much exposure to this era. Does anyone have a recommendation for a fun rip that could include interesting inserts and/or a nice rookie or two for $30-60. I understand the cards can stick already.


I also wanted to show off some of my favorite pieces in my collection:

1. Pete Alonso signed GU bat from his time in short season A. Cyclones @ Tri-City. The bat was found in the garbage can post game as I worked at the stadium at the time and had to have him sign it the next day. He was super friendly and have been following him since!
2. A rainbow foil RC of Pete I pulled
