Ah got it that makes more sense. Thought it was like someone’s account got hacked and they just flipped the shipping address. Seems stupid to buy things on eBay when committing fraud, what if the items take more than a week to ship? When my CC # was stolen before they bought GCs from every place in a mall in Florida. Seems easier to get away with
