Maybe I'm a uniquely fortunate collector in that I am on this forum and have other collector friends that keep an eye on the card world news and therefore I saw this thread before PWCC had a chance to reach out to me.

I haven't kept up with the other threads as its been a uniquely busy week but based on my experience and based on the other posts it does sound as if PWCC will refund any purchase that was deemed to be trimmed... also seems like they are taking down auctions that appear to be of trimmed cards.

I'm not trying to be an idiot here but what else can they do?

They can't publicly disclose the name of the consignors of these trimmed cards for legal reasons but they can no longer accept cards from them
